Aerobic exercise is exercise with oxygen. This includes slow exercise.
Running slowly or walking is aerobic. As long as you can carry on a conversation during your exercise, it is aerobic. Sprinting is anaerobic.
Aerobic exercise for long periods of time (20 minutes or more) helps keep your circulatory and respiratory systems healthy.
